Copyright and Fair Use guide @ NYU Polytech

screen shot

  • Copyright and Fair Use Guide at NYU
The layout is clear, the images are great (!), and they included great videos and web links. The page on "Copyright Guidelines for Faculty" is particularly awesome - clear, concise, and well integrated with the rest of the guide. Nice!

Copyright / Plagiarism Guide at University of Nebraska Medical Center

  • Copyright / Plagiarism Guide at UNMC
This is a fantastic Copyright and Plagiarism guide for the University of Nebraska Medical Center. The "Recommended Guidelines" the layout of the fair use area are clear, concise, and obviously guidelines as opposed to hard and fast rules. The section on obtaining permission is clearly laid out, & links to more resources abound. Great stuff!

Copyright and Fair Use Guide @ Bush Memorial Library

  • Copyright and Fair Use at Bush Memorial Library
Kate Borowske (there's a librarian/borrower pun in there, I know it!) created a great Copyright and Fair Use guide for the Bush Memorial Library. She very smartly used a theme of "Tightrope Walk or Tug-of-War", both in the way she presents content and in her images and page layout. She also brings in great videos and links to more resources. Way cool!
